  • Dispatch and Delivery Policy

    We offer Australia wide free shipping by Australia POST. For optional express delivery service, freight charge will be applied.

    Small lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Australian Post.  Large bulk package might be dispatched via courier. Normally a calling card will be left with instructions if you are out. 

    Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment, Monday – Friday except Public holidays.

    After we have processed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and the tracking information. If the item you ordered is out of stock or can not be sent in any other reason, you will be notified by e-mail, and we will discuss the further action with you.

    Please be noted delivery time is approximate 3~5 working days. Occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control, and we apologise for this in advance. If you do not  receive your order, please contact our sales via e-mail ( quoting item description & product code.


    Any returns/exchanges must be advised to GDDT within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email us via to discuss the best solution. 

    If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Products will be replaced or refunded. GDDT will also refund the Flat rate POST costs (Photo of postage invoice is required).

    The returned product must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging and sellable condition. Items returned with apparent misuse, will not be replaced or refunded.

    Products received in a damaged condition will be replaced, however, GDDT must be informed of breakage immediately after delivery(Please attach with photos).

    Incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please make sure you choose carefully. The cost of returning goods will be at the buyer’s expense. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 

  • Payment / Refund

    We accept the following payment method: MasterCard, VISA and PAYPAL.

    If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If the return been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). However, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner.

    If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email:
